ROCKFORD (WIFR) – This weekend marks the kick-off to KnockerBall, a new game in Rockford.

Dana and Pat Loner are bringing something out of the bubble to Rockford parks, it’s called KnockerBall and it’s already a hit for those who have tested it out. It’s the first of its kind in our area. Players stand inside an inflatable ball and can play a number of games or just "knock around."

Our very own Whitney Martin had the chance to try out KnockerBall.

Families have a chance to try on the giant bubble free tomorrow, June 20th, from 1-5 p.m. at Gambino Park off of Pepper Drive in Rockford.

To set up a rental or to just try it out, the cost is $10 for 15 minutes, $15 for 30 minutes, or $25 for unlimited play. For more information, please call 815-621-2418, email, or visit
