ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) The IceHogs scored with less than six minutes to play in regulation to force overtime before winning it win 3-2 over San Antonio.
Including the third period against Chicago, Rockford had been shutout in its last five periods at home before Jacob Nillson broke the drought early in the second.
The Rampage scored twice just three minutes apart early in the third. However, Graham Knott tied the game at two with his second tally of the season.
Dylan Sikura gave the IceHogs the win at 4:04 of the five minute overtime. It was his seventh goal this year.
Kevin Lankinen made 36 saves on 38 shots to earn his first win with Rockford.
