2Tlb Olive Oil
4oz Pancetta, cubed
Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt & Pepper
DirectionsBring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add spaghetti.
Meanwhile, sauté pancetta in a frying pan with olive oil until
heated and fat released.
In a bowl whisk eggs and stir in grated parmesan, salt and pepper.
Add al dente pasta to pancetta and oil, toss to coat.
Pour egg mixture over the pasta and toss well.
Finish with grated parmesan and pepper to taste.
