Shrimp Scampi


Shrimp, peeled & deveined
1/4c White Wine
3 – 4 Garlic Cloves, sliced
1/4c Parsley, chopped
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Small Lemon, juiced
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper


Heat Olive oil in a skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add white wine and simmer over high heat until reduced by half. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, cook 4 to 5 minutes until pink. Lower heat to medium and add butter, lemon juice, and parsley. Remove from heat
