Sausage and Pepper Pasta
1 lb Pasta
1 lb Lino’s Italian Sausage, crumbled
1 Bell Pepper, course chopped
½ Red Onion Course Chopped
Salt & Pepper
Fresh grated Parmesan Cheese
Cook pasta in salted boiling water. Meanwhile, sauté sausage, pepper and
onion. Add salt, pepper and Italian seasoning to taste. Stir, browning to
bring out the flavors. Add a small amount of chicken stock to prevent from
sticking. Add a small amount of tomato sauce to flavor.
Drain pasta and add to sausage mixture, allow to set a few minutes. Top
with freshly grated parmesan cheese and serve.
