Pasta Pomodoro with Green Onions & Mushrooms


1Lb Linguine
3T Olive Oil
5 Garlic Cloves, sliced
3 Cups Cherry Tomatoes, halved
3 Cups Mushrooms, sliced
1 Cup Green Onions, sliced
Chopped Parsley, Basil, Salt & Pepper to taste


In a large sauté pan heat olive oil and add garlic. When garlic begins to brown add tomatoes. Cook tomatoes until soft . Add green onions and mushrooms, cook until onions soften.

Add fresh chopped parsley, basil , salt and pepper to taste. Meanwhile, cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and toss with tomato mixture.
