Galina Alla Pepperoni


Chicken Cut into Pieces
Olive Oil
Fresh Garlic Sliced
Parsley, Chopped
White Wine
Green or Assorted Colored Peppers, Sliced
Salt & Pepper


Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

In a large pan add olive oil and begin to brown the chicken on top of the stove.

Remove browned chicken and set aside. Saute garlic and onion in same pan until they begin to brown. Add chicken and juices back to pan and simmer adding peppers, salt and pepper. Add enough white wine to bring the liquid on the bottom of the pan about ½ inch up the sides.

Cover and bake 20 – 30 minutes. Turn heat up to 475 degrees, uncover and continue to cook another 15 – 20 minutes until done.
