Chicken with Chili, Garlic and Rosemary

Chicken pieces of your choice
6 or more cloves of Garlic , crushed
4 Rosemary stems, approx. 4 inches long
Red Chili Peppers , whole (to taste)
Salt & Pepper
Olive Oil
½ c White Wine
4 -5 Slices Italian Bread
2 whole cloves of Garlic

Toss chicken with salt and pepper. Add olive oil to a heated skillet and add chicken,
toss over medium heat. Add garlic, rosemary and chili, toss and continue to cook for 35
Meanwhile toast bread, rub with garlic and set aside.
When chicken is browned and cooked through raise heat and add white wine.
Toss till juices are creamy and serve over toast.
