Caramel Apple Pie Quesadilla


4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
Softened Butter
1 can apple pie filling
Caramel Ice Cream Topping
Whipped Cream or Ice Cream


Heat a large sauté pan, or a flat grill pan, over medium heat.

Spread one side of each tortilla with softened butter. Place butter side down in pan and spread ¼ to ½ cup of pie filling over one half of tortilla. Fold empty half of tortilla over apples. When bottom of tortilla is golden brown, flip and continue cooking until other side is golden brown.

Remove from pan to serving dish. Pour desired amount of caramel sauce over tortilla and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
