At Home Pasta Alla Puntanesca
Kalamata Olives, rough chopped
Olive Oil Cherry
Tomato, rough chopped
Chili Pepper Flakes
Salt & Pepper
San Marzano Canned Tomato, chopped
Fresh Basil, torn
1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water.
2. While pasta cooks add sauce ingredients above, olives through oregano, to large skillet stirring occasionally allowing tomatoes to cook down.
3.When tomatoes begin to wilt add white wine, salt and pepper, chicken stock and can tomatoes.
4. Drain pasta, toss with sauce adding olive oil and basil.
5. Rest for three minutes and serve.
