Aglio Olio (Spaghetti with Garlic and Olive Oil)


1lb Spaghetti
6 Cloves Garlic, thin sliced
½ Cup Olive Oil
¼ Cup Parsley, chopped


Cook pasta in boiling salted water. Add sliced garlic to cold olive oil in sauté pan, bring heat to medium low. Slowly toast garlic to medium brown, about 5 to 6 minutes.

If garlic starts to brown too much you can stop the browning by adding small amount of water from the boiling pasta.

Drain the pasta and add to oil and garlic and toss.

Toss with parsley and serve immediately.
