Directions1. In a medium pot, saute butter and onions until tender.
2. Add apricots, cranberries and apples and cook for 1 minute. Season with salt, pepper and celery seed.
3. Add to bread mix and stir; then add egg.
4. Add chicken stock until moistened.
5. Bake in a buttered 9' x 13" baking pan at 350° for approximately 25-35 minutes.
