Circus Cake


1 box yellow cake mix
1 11 oz can mandarin oranges with juice
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 can strawberry soda (if strawberry unavailable, use sprite)
4 eggs
1 small box strawberry Jello


1 8 oz carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 15 1/4 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
1 pkg vanilla instant pudding


Mix cake mix, oil, oranges with juice and eggs together at medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake in 9x13 inch greased and floured pan for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. While cake is still hot, dissolve strawberry Jello in strawberry pop and heat until hot. Punch lots of holes in cake with a fork. Pour half of strawberry mixture over cake. Wait 3 minutes, then pour the remaining mixture over cake. Cool cake and add topping.

Mix together. Spread over cake. Refrigerate
