Ingredients can vary according to individual tastes. Different ingredients can easily be substituted.
Directions1. Saute mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, onions and zucchini in 1/8 cup olive oil with 2 cloves of crushed garlic. Cook until tender
2. Place pizza crust on table and add sauteed vegetables. Top with rest of ingredients.
3. Fold crust over and use a fork to seal the seam.
4. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until hot.
