1 cup carrots , chopped
1 cup cut green beans
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped cabbage
All vegetables may be fresh or frozen
1/2 a small onion , chopped
4oz. Beef or chicken base
I like to use a high quality beef stock
1/4 cup tomato sauce or chopped fresh tomatoes
1T granulated garlic or to taste
DirectionsCombine all ingredients in a large stock pot. Cover with water and bring to a simmer.
When vegetables are tender as you desire add cooked pasta.
Serve with grated cheese.
