Lino's Meatballs


1 lb. ground chuck roll
10 oz. ground pork
1/2 lb. Romano cheese
1/2 lb. bread crumbs
Pinch of salt
Pinch of ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
1 oz. parsley
1 egg
6 oz. water


Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Form into 2 oz. meatballs. Heat some oil in a large skillet and cook meatballs over medium heat until done, turning frequently.
