3 cups Petite Green Beans
2 tbs. Olive Oil
½ tsp. – 2 tbs. Garlic (depending on your taste)
2 pinches salt
1 pinch pepper
Sautee garlic, oil, salt, and pepper in a fry pan over medium-high heat until garlic is slightly toasted. Throw in green beans. Cook them for 5 minutes or until beans are done to your liking. This is a very simple side dish that has an unexpected smoky flavor. Despite its simplicity, it is very flavorful. This dish will compliment many of the main courses prepared on the “At Home with Lino’s” show.
