Overnight Coffee Cake


2 cups self rising flour
½ tsp nutmeg
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 8 oz carton sour cream
2 eggs
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
½ cup chopped pecans
1 tsp cinnamon


Grease and flour a 9x13" pan. Combine flour and nutmeg. Set aside. Beat butter witn an electric mixer on medium speed about 30 seconds. Add sugar and beat well. Add sour cream and eggs. Beat until well combined. Stir in mixed dry ingredients and spread batter into prepared pan. Stir together brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon and sprinkle over batter. Cover and chill overnight. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 deg. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until it tests done. Serve warm.
