Cowboy Stew


1 lb low fat smoked sausage cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup thick, chunky salsa
1 cup barbeque sauce
1 10 oz can whole-kernel corn, drained
1 15 ½ oz dark red kidney beans, drained
1 53 oz can pork and beans, drained
½ cup chopped onion


In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients until well mixed. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.
