Cherries Jubilee



Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cup cherries
  • Brandy (1-2 oz.)
  • Ice cream

  • Directions

    1. Pour water, sugar and cherries into pan.



    2. Heat to boil to reduce liquid to syrup.



    3. Pull pan off burner.



    4. Pour in brandy carefully. WARNING: Be ready for flame.



    5. Spoon cherries over ice cream.



    6. Enjoy!
