Teriyaki Kabobs




Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Sirloin (cubed)
  • 2 cups Teriyaki Glaze, (already mixed from the store)
  • 8 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper - Large Chop
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper - Large Chop
  • 8 Large Mushrooms
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice

  • Directions

    1. Marinate beef in a teriyaki glaze overnight.



    2. Assemble kabobs alternating vegetables with beef until full.



    3. Bake kabobs in a 350 ° oven for 20-25 minutes brushing the meat and vegetables every five minutes with marinade.



    4. Serve over rice.
