Directions1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2) In mixer, beat eggs until frothy; beat in sugar and beat for 2 minutes
3) Beat in oil and pumpkin
4) Sift dry ingredients over the raisins and fold dry mixture into egg mixture. Don’t over mix
5) Pour into greased and floured 13”x9” pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until done through.
6) Cool on rack and cut into squares; makes about 24
