Jessica’s Salmon Salad


8 oz Broiled Salmon
Kalamata Olives
Marinated Artichoke Hearts
Tomatoes, cut
Romaine or Lettuce of Choice
Granulated Garlic Powder
Dried Oregano
Grated Romano or Parmesan
Crumbled Goat Milk Cheese
Salt & Pepper
Red Wine Vinegar
Olive Oil


Add lettuce to a large bowl and top with salt, pepper , grated cheese, garlic powder and oregano. Add aprox. 1part vinegar to 2 parts olive oil. Toss to mix.

Plate a serving of salad and garnish with artichokes , tomatoes, kalamatta, goat cheese and top with salmon.
