Shrimp Bruschetta


20 Shrimp
2 cups Marinara Sauce
2 Tablespoons Roasted Garlic Oil
4 Ciabatta Slices Toasted
1 cup White Wine
1 Ounce Basil ,Julienne
1 Ounce Parmesan Cheese, Shaved
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to Taste


Season shrimp with salt & pepper. In a saute pan heat the oil and add shrimp.
Saute one to two minutes each side. Add wine to deglaze and add marinara sauce and garlic, simmer one to two minutes.
Place a piece of ciabatta toast in a bowl , top with shrimp and sauce. Garnish with basil and parmesan cheese.
