Two suspects break into cages at Paws Humane Society in Rockford

According to the Paws Humane Society, two people were caught on tape breaking into cages Sunday.
They are now asking the public for information regarding the two individuals. They say to reach out on Facebook or through its hotline 815-299-7297.
The people captured on video were seen breaking into cages holding cats. The Humane Society says it doesn't know what the intent is, but it's happened more than once.
None of the cats were harmed, but staff found them outside of their cages in the morning. They tell 23 News they plan to file a police report Monday.
