Three teens arrested for Rockford vehicle burglary

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) -- Three teens were arrested from a vehicle burglary in Rockford on Friday morning.

The subjects include one 13-year-old boy and two 14-year-old boys. They all face charges of burglary to vehicle and obstructing identification.

Deputies responded to a call around 9:20 a.m. in relation to thee suspicious subjects walking in the area of 2000 Wilcox Rd. After finding the three suspects, officers say the boys had taken property from a resident's vehicle that was burglarized in the area.

The three boys were taken to a local juvenile detention center. All three are considered innocent unless proven guilty by the court of law.
