BELVIDERE, Ill. (WIFR) -- A Sycamore man was arrested on 19 felony charges from a double-fatality accident earlier in the year, according to the Boone County Sheriff's Office.

Corey Lee, 30, was charged with reckless homicide, aggravated driving under the influence of cannabis and several other charges related to his condition when driving.

Deputies responded to a morning accident with two vehicles on March 26, 2018. The accident happened at the intersection of Stone Quarry Road and Bloods Point Road in rural Boone County.

The investigation revealed that Lee, who was driving westbound on Bloods Point Road in a 2015 Ford Commercial Truck, did not stop at a stop sign. His vehicle struck a car traveling southbound on Stone Quarry Road.

Tow victims, Pedro Pasillas Delgado, 22 years old, and his father, Pedro Pasillas Sanchez, 52 years old, were both killed.

Lee was released from the Boone County Jail after posting a $250,000 (10 percent) bond.
