FREEPORT, Ill. (WIFR) -- A flood resource center is opening today in Freeport.
Stephenson County is pairing with the Red Cross to open a Multi-Agency Resource Center (MARC) for flooding victims. This center will offer supplies and resources to people affected by the flood waters.
These resources will be available from over 15 government agencies and faith-based organizations.
The MARC will be at Highland Community College on 2998 West Pearl City Road (Building H, Room 101 Cafeteria) in Freeport, IL.
Buses will be available to and from the center, with last pick-up to go to the MARC leaving from Freeport @ 5:45 p.m. and Pearl City @ 6:30 p.m.
The MARC is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
