ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) -- The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation suspends the license of Rockford realtor Ricky Davis for listing a property without consent. The organization says Davis forged a listings contract on a property he did not own and listed the property with several services.

Davis was fined $10,000 and won't be able to sell for at least two years. Davis's business, Stateline Realty, will also be shut down for at least two years.
