Rockford police arrest four men during prostitution sting

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) - Four men are arrested during an undercover prostitution sting.
Officers from the Rockford police S.C.O.P.E. team arrested four men Thursday.
- 19-year-old Jose Sanchez, of Rockford, is charged with solicitation of a sex act.
- 20-year-old Peter Moore, of Loves Park, is charged with solicitation of a sex act.
- 48-year-old Ndikumana Patrici, of Rockford, is charged with solicitation of a sex act.
- 22-year-old Jiriber Ndayiragjer, of Rockford, is charged with solicitation of a sex act and obstructing identification.
All four men are considered innocent until proven guilty.
