Rockford man faces felony charges for alleged drug dealing

BOONE COUNTY, Ill. (WIFR) -- A Rockford man was arrested for alleged drug dealing after a two-month drug investigation in Boone County.

Terrell D. Sockwell, 33, was taken into custody on a warrant from the Belvidere/Boone County Metro Narcotics Unit.

Sockwell faces felony charges with three counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance. He faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted.

Sockwell was taken to Winnebago County Jail. He is considered innocent unless proven guilty by the court of law.
