Report: Rockford among top Illinois cities for driving

In the report, Quote Wizard Insurance compiled data from the 50 largest cities in Illinois. The organization used data from more than 120,000 insurance quotes, ranking each city based on their rates of accidents, speeding tickets, DUIs, and citations.
Evanston was ranked the state's best city for driving. Des Plaines, Arlington Heights, Cicero, Peoria and Joliet were also ahead of Rockford in the rankings.
Park Ridge was ranked Illinois' worst state for driving.
