One charged, one wanted in Rockford drug arrest

ROCKFORD, Ill (WIFR) -- Rockford police arrest one person and are looking for another in connection with a drug investigation.

Leonard Hill, 30, is charged with possession with intent to deliver cannabis and unlawful possession of ammunition by a felon.
He was arrested Friday at a home in the 400 block of Hilton Avenue. Narcotics detectives say they found more than two ounces of crack cocaine, cannabis and ammunition.

A warrant was also issued for Robert X. Jefferson, 36, on the charge of intent to deliver cocaine.

Hill is in the Winnebago County jail. Police ask anyone with information on Jefferson’s whereabouts to call their office or Crime Stoppers.
