BOONE COUNTY, Ill. (WIFR) -- A Wisconsin man accused of moving 135 grams of cocaine was found guilty Wednesday on drug charges.
Illinois State Police stopped Kellen Horn, 36, in a vehicle he was riding along I-90 for a traffic violation on Nov. 29, 2017. Police found cocaine during the stop in an urn.
Horn later told troopers that the urn contained his father's ashes. He was found guilty of charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.
Horn faces up to 40 years in prison. His sentence is scheduled for March 1.
