Loves Park rebrands as 'The Heart of the Midwest,' launches new website
The city of Loves Park rebrands as "The Heart of the Midwest" in an effort to focus on the city's government, business and tourism industries.
City leaders announced the new slogan on Monday, in addition to launching a new
“Our vision is to make Loves Park a regional destination of choice.” says mayor Greg Jury, “We’ve adopted the slogan 'The Heart of the Midwest' to help tell our story that Loves Park is uniquely positioned for growth and development. We have worked hard to redesign the City’s brand emphasizing a new era in attracting economic development opportunities."
Loves Park issued an RFP for web design and rebranding, awarding the project to Astute Web Group of Rockford. The City of Loves Park worked closely with the group to develop a new logo.
