BELOIT, Wis. (WIFR) - A new partnership with the Salvation Army sets a new goal to put more gifts under the tree this holiday season.
For the first year, Bryden Motors will team up with the Salvation Army in Beloit for their Holiday for a Child toy drive.
The Salvation Army says they hope to serve 500 families this year some with as many as nine children.
Volunteers say they want to have a gift for every single child and having a space with Bryden Motors opens up new possibilities to help reach that goal.
"We hope to be able to serve all 500 families without needing to purchase anything. It would really be a great way to spend this Christmas and bring families together and have a good time with Santa as well," says Beloit Salvation Army Lieutenant Kelly Summit.
The toy drive will be this Saturday at Bryden Motors on Broad Street in Beloit from 10 to 4. Santa will also make an appearance from 11 to 2.
