ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) -- If we aren't seeing results in the gym, Les Mills Grit Class could be the answer.

The 30 minute high intensity course is an advanced cardio, strength, and plyometrics class.

These high bursts of energy with short rest periods will help us get fit faster with noticeable results.
