FREEPORT, Ill. (WIFR) -- Police charge a Freeport man on felony charges of possession with intent to deliver cocaine.
Paris Walker, 33, was booked and put in jail on February 7.
Investigators say an officer saw Walker driving on Clark Street and determined he did not have a valid license. They then saw him park and approach another vehicle.
Officers initially arrested him on a driving with a suspended license charge, but say they also found a bag containing a substance that tested positive for cocaine. That’s when the possession charge was added.
Walker is now in the Stephenson County Jail.
