Dollar General now offers produce at Charles Street store

You can now shop for produce at the Dollar General store at 1015 Charles Street.

This change comes as part of the remodeling stage to the store, according to the company. Dollar General says the store will expand its selection with produce, expanded frozen food options and refrigerated food offerings.

“Through our ongoing commitment to provide a pleasant shopping experience to our customers, we are excited to welcome the community to see our recently remodeled location in Rockford,” said Dan Nieser, Dollar General’s senior vice president of real estate and store development. “We hope our customers enjoy the fresh layout and design, as well as the new product assortment."

Dollar General says it will continue to offer a focused selection of national name brands and private brands.
