Deputies: Two caught dealing drugs in Rockford Walmart parking lot

A man and woman from Rockford are arrested after officers catch a narcotics transaction in progress.
The Winnebago County Sheriff's Department were called to the Walmart parking lot at 3902 W. Riverside Blvd. Monday around 12:30 p.m.
Deputies took the suspects into custody shortly after and learned a 1 1/2 year-old child was in the car during the alleged drug deal.
Charleston Collins, 30, of Rockford is charged with possession with intent to deliver 1-15 grams of heroin, possession with intent to deliver 1-15 grams of cocaine, delivery of 1-15 grams of cocaine, resisting a police officer and endangering the health/life of a child.
Jasmine Barfield, 25, of Rockford is charged with possession with intent to deliver 1-15 grams of cocaine and endangering the health and life of a child.
Both are considered innocent until proven guilty.
