DIXON, Ill. (WIFR) -- Dixon Police have confirmed that the body of a man pulled from the Rock River in Dixon on Saturday is that of 27-year-old Zachary O'Bryant.
Police say O'Bryant had been missing since October 18, 2016. His body was found near the north bank of the river about a mile west of Dixon.
Police say preliminary findings of an autopsy showed the cause of death was drowning.

DIXON (WIFR) -- The body of a man pulled from the Rock River in Dixon on Saturday is believed to be that of a man who went missing nearly two weeks ago.
The Lee County Sheriff John Simonton says although an autopsy has not confirmed the man's identity, he believes it's Zachary O'Bryant, 27.
Fire crews were searching the river around 3:45pm Saturday when they found the body along the north shore of the river near the Dixon Ford Dealership on Rt. 2.
O'Bryant was last seen October 18th around 11pm leaving PatiO's Irish Pub.
An autopsy will be performed Monday to confirm the man's identity.
