Benefit to help families of victims in Beloit motorcycle crash

ROSCOE, Ill. (WIFR) -- A benefit will be held this weekend to support the families of two victims in a Beloit motorcycle crash earlier this month.

The benefit is organized to help the families of Harvey Keller Jr. and Damarian Roberts.

Keller Jr. died from injuries suffered in a motorcycle crash on May 15, according to the Rock County Medical Examiner's Office. Roberts is recovering, but still in critical condition, family members tell 23 News.

The benefit begins Saturday at 2 p.m. It will be held at VFW Post 2995 at 11385 Second Street in Roscoe.

The event includes raffles, silent auctions and a 50/50 drawing to help out the families of Keller Jr. and Roberts.

In addition to the benefit, Roberts' family has set up a GoFundMe​ for medical expenses and his family's household bills.
