Aunt Martha's Clinic opens at SwedishAmerican
ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) - Making sure everyone in the city of Rockford has access to healthcare, that's the goal of one Rockford hospital with a new partnership.
Martha's clinic is now open on the third floor of SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford.
The 4500-square-foot clinic will offer primary care services for now, and add women's health and mental health services in November.
Swedes says the new clinic will give the underserved and uninsured a provider so that they won't have to rely on emergency room services.
The clinic will be open 8:30 A.M to 5 P.M. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and 10:30 A.M. to 7 P.M. on Wednesday. There will be Saturday hours on the last Saturday of the month from 9 A.M. to 2 P.M.
