Two men are indicted for the armed robbery of the Circle K gas station on Broadway Sept. 6.
Julian Peralta, 18, of Rockford was charged in October for pointing a weapon at a female clerk and demanding money from the registers.
No one was hurt.
Recently, Manuel Peralta Barrios, 22, was also indicted for armed robbery in the incident.
Armed robbery is punishable between six and 30 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
Peralta is scheduled to be in Winnebago County Court Jan. 15. Peralta Barrios is scheduled to be arraigned Jan. 18.
Both men are considered innocent until proven guilty.

Officials say he pointed a gun at and robbed a female clerk before fleeing with cash.
Peralta was served with a warrant Wednesday while already in custody for an unrelated charge at the Winnebago County Jail.
His bond is set at $500,000.
Peralta is considered innocent until proven guilty.
A man robs a Circle K just after midnight Thursday in the 3800 block of Broadway.
Rockford police say a masked suspect entered the business, pointed a gun at a female clerk and demanded money from the registers.
They say the suspect struck the store employee in the back with the handgun, left the store with an undisclosed amount of money and fled south.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic man, 18-30 years old, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 160 pounds, wearing a dark blue hooded "Aeropostale New York" sweater, a black baseball cap and a dark bandanna covering his face.
