Coroner: 1-year-old Crystal Lake girl dead, found unresponsive in McHenry County

A 1-year-old Crystal Lake girl died after she was found unresponsive Wednesday morning in McHenry County.
The child and her mother were staying with relatives in Wonder Lake, Illinois when she was found unresponsive, according to the McHenry County Coroner's Office.
The child was taken to a local hospital where she was later pronounced dead.
The McHenry County Coroner’s Office and the Wonder Lake Police Department are investigating the death. An autopsy is pending.
