Lino's - Joe’s Broccoli Alfredo

Joe’s Broccoli Alfredo

2 Heads Broccoli cut to bite size
½ Cup Pine Nuts
6 Cloves Garlic sliced
½ Cup Olive Oil
2 Cups Heavy Cream
1 Cup Chicken Stock
1 LB Fettuccine
1 ½ Cups Grated Parmesan
Salt & Pepper

Cook Pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water. Meanwhile in a large frying pan sauté garlic in olive oil until golden; add pine nuts and cook until slightly toasted. Add Broccoli and chicken stock and cook until broccoli is tender. Add heavy cream and parmesan stirring well to combine until sauce thickens. Salt and Pepper to taste and serve.
