29-year-old Rockford man faces criminal sexual assault charge

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) - Devarious Washington, 29, of Rockford was arrested Monday and charged with criminal sexual assault against a child under age 15.
The investigation began Tuesday, May 3 after the incident was reported to Rockford police.
Washington is being lodged in the Winnebago County jail without bond.
