ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) - Police say two men were taken into custody early Monday morning after breaking into a Mobil in Rockford.

Around 2 a.m. Monday, April 11, Rockford police responded to an alarm at the Mobil in the 1300 block of N. Main Street.
According to police, a window had been broken out by a brick at the gas station, triggering the alarm.
Video surveillance showed two men inside the business stealing cases of beer. Later, police found Timmons and Marshall, who matched the description of the suspects in the surveillance video, walking in the area and took them into custody.
Both men are being held at the Winnebago County jail awaiting court.
