SOUTH BELOIT (WIFR) -- The South Beloit Police Department has issued a snow emergency declaration for South Beloit, IL from 9:00 a.m. Thursday, December 20th until 9:00 a.m. Friday, December 21st.
The Police Department asks that all vehicles are off the streets.
