Rockford Park District Activating Spray Pads

ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- Due to the extremely high temperatures forecasted for today, the Rockford Park District will activate spray pads at certain area parks. Typically, spray pads would not be turned on after Labor Day, but due to today’s anticipated temperatures, the Rockford Park District would like to help area residents beat the heat. • Beattie Playground
• Black Hawk Park
• Bloom School Playground
• Brown Park
• Churchill Park
• Dahlquist Park
• S. Henrietta Park
• Harmon Park
• Keye-Mallquist Park
• Liberty Park
• Washington Park
• Mandeville Park
